# SHIPPING POLICY

### 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Processing includes payment verification, quality inspection, sorting, and packaging.
* Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
* Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
* During high-volume peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas), processing may take up to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
### 2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
We provide worldwide shipping to most destinations. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
* United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
* United Kingdom & Europe: 7–10 business days
* Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
* Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our logistics carriers and are not legally binding guarantees. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
### 3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the logistics courier, we will automatically send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link.
* Tracking information typically updates within 48–72 hours after shipment.
* If your tracking number does not show any updates after 5 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
### 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
* Responsibility: All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
* Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees incurred, and customs fees. These costs will be deducted from your final product refund.
### 5. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date.
* Address Changes: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
* Undeliverable Packages: We are not liable for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, any additional shipping fees required to resend the package will be billed to the customer.
### 6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
While we work with reliable global carriers, unexpected issues can occasionally occur during transit.
* Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Lost or Stolen: Once the carrier's tracking system marks a package as "Delivered," it is considered legally delivered. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your porch or doorstep. If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building manager, or local post office before contacting us.
