Lash Length / Height: Fully customizable from $7\text{mm}$ to $18\text{mm}$ (available in single-size or mixed-length tray layouts).
Glue-Bonded Height: Scientifically controlled base glue height to ensure root flexibility, preventing stiffness for a more comfortable wear.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Customization services require a minimum order of 10 trays per style/specification.
Sample Production Lead Time: The initial sample production and prototyping phase takes approximately 10 business days from the date your detailed specifications and design layout are confirmed.
Confirmation & Mass Production: Once the sample is completed, we will provide high-definition photos/videos (or ship the physical sample upon request) for your approval. Mass production timeline will be calculated upon sample confirmation.
Non-Refundable Policy: Because custom items are tailored specifically to your unique brand specifications (color, thickness, styling, etc.), we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has commenced unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.
